Equipment delivery is not the end of sales, but the beginning of the service. Jereh has a technology-based after-sales service team with swift response, excellent technology and maintenance equipment. The PLM system (product life cycle management system) can completely record and manage the design principle, repair and maintenance records of equipment to ensure accurate tracking of repair and maintenance records of all the equipment. In order to respond to customers’ requirements rapidly,  through international marketing network in the oil and gas industry, Jereh provides comprehensive technical support and services for the customers, such as equipment commissioning, operation training, maintenance, repair, and parts supply, etc. Jereh takes the service concept of “exceeding customer expectations” and provide the best equipment services for customers.

Commitments
We will provide a free theoretical and site operation training of equipment to customers to ensure that customers have the ability to operate the equipment independently. The guarantee period is one year after acceptance.
To provide lifetime after-sales maintenance services. Jereh has sufficient equipment consumables and safety stock of parts which has long delivery time.
The equipment can be customized and upgraded in accordance with the customers’ requirement. The core parts of automated tank cleaning equipment produced by Jereh all from foreign well-known brand to ensure the quality of equipment.
Jereh can provide comprehensive technical support services for customers in the process of operating.
In case of any problem, customers can call the after-sales service call and we promise to reply on the day. On-site technical support will be provided if necessary, Jereh can guarantee to reach the site in the shortest time.
